Fifteen Years

This body took fifteen years. Most of those years failed.

I have Lyme disease. Still do. I've had SIBO, chronic fatigue, nerve pain in my hands, gut issues that made eating a chess game. I tried raw vegan for six years. I tried extended fasting. I tried every protocol the internet could surface and a few that took actual digging to find.

What you're looking at is not discipline. It's not genetics. It's certainly not pharmaceuticals. It's the result of finally understanding how the body actually works—and being kind to it instead of grinding against it.
